Returns Information

We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your credit card account if you paid by credit card, or we will send a cheque refund for those who paid by cheque. We also offer "store credit" if you would like to select other items to purchase. Merchandise must be returned postage paid, in original condition, to the address on the invoice. Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. All defective products will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement at our discretion. All non-defective products must be returned complete, in resalable condition.

New Zealand
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days for a refund on the purchase price (excludes postage and handling). Goods must be in original condition.

Outside New Zealand
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days for a refund on the purchase price. All refunds will be less postage and handling which is equal to 1/9th of the purchase price plus the shipping charge (see below). Goods must be in original condition.

Postage and handling fee
Postage and handling is based on the value of the goods purchased and destination (see shipping rates below), this is calculated automatically at the checkout. In some circumstances shipping costs do not show up, if no shipping costs show, there may still be a charge for shipping, we will let you know before sending the item(s). Postage to locations outside New Zealand normally involves removing our local tax (Goods and Services Tax), and adding the postage and handling fee on, for simplicity, we leave the tax there but only add a smaller amount for extra postage.

Shipping Information

New Zealand Orders
We ship by NZ Post within New Zealand. Delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days. Please see below for shipping costs within New Zealand.

International Orders
For International orders we ship using International Air Post. Delivery times for international orders vary from 5 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination selected. Please also note delivery times are targets only. Dutiable items and items retained by Customs may take longer. International shipping charges vary by destination (see below for international shipping costs). Shipping charges are calculated automatically on the Order Page according to your selections. (This feature requires your browser to support JavaScript. If it doesn't we will email the shipping charges to you for your acceptance before we ship your order).

Customs Requirements
We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
